Spectra Packaging unveils innovative design for Dermosil’s body wash collection

DENMARK — Spectra Packaging has teamed up with Dermosil, a beauty and home care brand, to revamp the packaging of its Juicy Jams body wash range.

The new 200mL Spectra Ritorto bottle is sleek and translucent, with a flip-top closure. Its packaging features a colourful geometric pattern in pink, green, and purple.

Spectra collaborated with Denmark-based packaging company J. Myhre House of Packaging to create a design for  Dermosil that seamlessly complements the unique fragrances of their Juicy Jams collection: plum, fruity pear and sweet berry-scented aronia.

Damian Amies, Export Business Development Manager at Spectra, stated: “Working with J. Myhre House of Packaging, we were able to provide Dermosil with a fresh and unique packaging solution with the Ritorto bottle while demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality print applications.”

According to Spectra, the packaging balances aesthetic appeal and functionality, enhancing the customer experience while reinforcing Dermosil’s vibrant brand identity.

In related news, Spectra recently partnered with The Pawfume Shop, a UK-based company specializing in premium pet grooming products, to develop eco-friendly packaging for its new pet shampoo range.

Spectra’s innovative bottles, the 250 mL Tubular and the 100 mL Slim Tubular are designed with the same translucent appeal and functional features, aligning perfectly with The Pawfume Shop’s commitment to eco-friendly branding.

The Pawfume Shop’s owner, Katie Rehm, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Choosing Spectra as our packaging partner was an easy decision.”

“Their expertise in working with materials like Prevented Ocean Plastic made them the ideal choice to bring our vision to life.”

A key highlight of this partnership is incorporating Prevented Ocean Plastic (POP) materials into the packaging.

Utilizing this material, The Pawfume Shop aims to actively contribute to reducing plastic waste entering the ocean, aligning with its sustainability-driven mission.

Dan Smith, Spectra’s business manager, stated, “By using 100% POP, we are helping to transform potential waste into a valuable resource, reinforcing Spectra’s dedication to tackling plastic pollution.”

Through these collaborations, Spectra continues demonstrating its expertise in creating stylish, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions that resonate with brands and consumers.
