GERMANY – NIVEA MEN, a German-based men’s face care brand, has launched the NIVEA MEN Age Defense line, which is suitable for all skin types.
This line is designed for men searching for products that provide younger-looking skin.
The collection’s products are dermatologically tested and developed with advanced hyaluronic acid, thiamidol, and pro-retinol, which makes them a convenient routine for men amid the array of product launches in the industry.
The range features an eye cream, moisturiser, and two face serums designed to address signs of ageing, such as loss of firmness, wrinkles, rough texture, dullness and dryness.
Lauren Lynch, marketing director of Nivea Men US, said, “Research guided us to create a line specifically designed to help address these concerns and promote younger-looking skin.”
Nivea data reveals that visible signs of ageing are a significant concern for men aged 35-54, and 75% of surveyed Gen Z and Millennial male skincare users believe looking young is essential.
Dr Charles Puza, a board-certified dermatologist, stated, “As a dermatologist, men often come to my office and ask for an effective and easy routine to address dark spots and fine lines—two of the most common ageing concerns.”
Puza emphasised that the amount of skincare options on the market can quickly become overly complicated.
The Age Defense Face Care Line includes four products designed for daily use: NIVEA MEN Age Defense Advanced Serum, NIVEA MEN Age Defense Instant Hydrating Face Serum, NIVEA MEN Age Defense Eye Cream and NIVEA MEN Age Defense Daily Face Moisturizer SPF 30.
