USA – Olay, a USA-based skincare brand, has launched a super serum body wash to promote self-care that can be implemented in showering.
The new product contains five ingredients: niacinamide, vitamins E and C, beta hydroxy acid (BHA), collagen peptide, and advanced skin-delivery technology, providing a Skincare Superpower for your shower.
A recent survey conducted by Olay revealed that fewer than 10% of 1,000 women expressed high confidence in body wash’s ability to address skin concerns effectively.
The skincare brand said, “Olay recognises that many women often feel self-conscious about the appearance of their skin, but few realize that body wash is the first step in skincare.”
Olay claims their new body wash hydrates, firms, smoothens, brightens, and evens the skin.
OLAY’s team of P&G scientists developed this body wash by incorporating the low-pH serum complex from their acclaimed Super Facial Serum.
Recently, Olay unveiled a multifunctional day cream with five active ingredients to increase the convenience of consumers’ skin care routines.
Olay Super Cream is enriched with vitamins C and E, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and collagen peptide, and it offers broad-spectrum SPF 30 protection.
According to the brand, the cream is formulated for all skin tones.
It does not leave a white cast while hydrating, smoothing, firming, brightening, and protecting the skin from harsh environmental conditions.
Dr. Rolanda Wilkerson, Olay’s principal scientist and senior director, stated, “By keeping this consistent engagement at the heart of our innovation process, we identify shifting preferences and demands.”
In a 12-week consumer study conducted by the brand, 94% of participants agreed that Olay Super Cream SPF 30 delivered long-lasting hydration, while 82% reported improved skin texture.
