FRANCE -Coverpla, a French perfume and cosmetic packaging provider, has partnered with Heinz Glas, a German glass manufacturer, to secure commercial exclusivity for seven specific fragrance and cosmetic bottle designs.
The seven bottle designed by Heinz Glas are Jens, Juicy, Quadri, Style, Trek, Urban, and Yoga.
These bottles are available in 50 mL and 100 mL formats, catering to both small and large production runs.
The diversity in design allows brands to choose a bottle that best reflects their identity and aesthetic.
Bruno Diépois, president of Coverpla, and Sébastien Saussereau, CEO, stated, “By complementing the Heinz-Glas sales force, we make our partner’s offer more accessible to niche and collector brands worldwide by offering products from stock, immediately available, with low minimum order quantities and large volumes.”
According to Coverpla, customers begin by selecting a bottle from the catalog, followed by a cap and accessories.
The customisation process then adds decorative elements, with Coverpla offering options such as injecting caps in specific colors or creating unique glass shapes and cap designs.
In addition to Heinz Glas, Coverpla sources bottles from other glass manufacturers, including Pochet, Bormioli Luigi, and Verescence.
Saussereau emphasised the importance of maintaining these industry relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and secure long-term commitments.
Diépois stated, “This partnership with Europe’s glassmakers and manufacturers is based on the bonds built over time, on trust and loyalty.”
“We have chosen them because of their reputation, industrial quality, and production power. We place regular orders with them to ensure we have the stock to meet our customers’ orders.”
This collaboration comes at a time when the beauty and cosmetics industry market for glass bottles is experiencing steady growth.
The market, valued at approximately USD 3,312 million in 2025, is projected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.5%, reaching USD 4,671.9 million by 2035.
In addition to the Heinz Glas partnership, Coverpla recently introduced two new perfume bottles, Olympe and Ève, produced by Pochet and distributed exclusively by Coverpla.
Olympe features a sleek cylindrical design and is available in 50, 100, and 200 mL formats, while Ève stands out with its distinctive aesthetic and is offered in 50 and 100 mL sizes.
