RoC reveals clinical study results for RoC 35 Protocol

FRANCE – RoC, a USA-based skincare brand, has unveiled the results of its most extensive clinical study for its RoC 35 Protocol.

The study aimed to help women develop positive self-perceptions, including optimism about their skin condition.

The study was conducted across 35 clinics in France with specialties in plastic surgery, aesthetics, and dermatology.

The results found that participants aged 45 and older experienced a visible skin rejuvenation, with their skin appearing an average of 9.6 years younger after just three months.

Art Pellegrino, Chief Scientific Officer at RoC Skincare, stated, “With innovative stabilization methods, we found that results from RoC’s retinol won’t plateau over a year, and it can be used with vitamin C on the same day, which is rare due to the high potency of this ingredient.”

The RoC 35 Protocol featured a comprehensive five-product morning and evening routine: two serums (Firming Serum Stick and Revive + Glow), two moisturizers (Firm + Lift and Hydrate + Plump), and an eye cream (Dual Eye Cream).

This lineup included RoC’s signature molecules: Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, THPE, and Vitamin C, which worked together to provide optimal skin rejuvenation.

More than 200 patients adhered to the RoC 35 protocol, exclusively using its products, all while being monitored by healthcare professionals.

Participants underwent comprehensive full-face medical evaluations at the beginning, 30 days, and 90 days into the protocol, assessing 30 key signs of aging.

Skin improvements were further analyzed using Visia’s advanced imaging system.

The study revealed significant improvements across 30 key markers of youthful skin, including:

98% of participants reported a healthier, more luminous, and even skin tone.

97% experienced softer, well-hydrated skin with visibly reduced pores.

90% noticed increased skin firmness, elasticity, and a lifted effect.

91% observed a visible reduction in fine lines and deep wrinkles on the face and neck.

92% reported improvements in dark circles, crow’s feet, and under-eye bags, which resulted in a more youthful, refreshed look.

90% felt their skin appeared younger and revitalized, boosting their confidence and optimism.

Benoit Chardon, Director of the RoC 35 study, said,  “By leveraging insights from this extensive research, RoC aims to empower physicians and consumers with the knowledge needed to build a product routine for preventative aging, with the right ingredients at the right time of day.”

Recently, RoC Skincare launched its new Hydration+ line, inspired by the efficacy of facial fillers without the sting of a needle.

The line features a serum and moisturizer clinically proven to visibly refill and reduce lines and wrinkles instantly and over time.

The products combine the power of seven forms of Hyaluronic Acid with Proteins and Pro-Collagen Amino Acids to deliver intense, immediate and long-lasting hydration and a smoother, plumper, more youthful appearance.
