USHOPAL acquires PAYOT to expand its global beauty portfolio

FRANCE – USHOPAL, a luxury beauty group from China,  has officially acquired PAYOT, a French professional skincare brand,  further strengthening its position in the global beauty industry.

This strategic acquisition aligns with USHOPAL’s vision of building a next-generation luxury beauty group with an extensive international footprint.

USHOPAL aims to accelerate PAYOT’s expansion by utilising its expertise in global omni-channel strategies, brand development, and consumer engagement to boost growth in international markets.

The group will uphold PAYOT’s esteemed heritage and professional skincare expertise while strengthening its presence with innovative retail strategies, cutting-edge consumer experiences, and broader global distribution.

Focusing on curating and expanding luxury brands for contemporary consumers, USHOPAL is set to drive PAYOT’s growth in global and Chinese markets, ensuring the brand’s legacy and innovative spirit reach a broader audience.

PAYOT, known for its “Beauty in Motion” philosophy, is a globally recognised brand in professional skincare.

Its products are available in over 70 countries, and its network of more than 5,000 spa and beauty partners provides more than 7 million annual facial treatments in 30+ countries.

The brand offers a diverse range of products, including facial care, body treatments, and anti-aging solutions.

Their signature lines, such as MY PAYOT, N°2, and Pâte Grise, have garnered a loyal global following for their advanced formulations and sensory appeal.

USHOPAL has been actively expanding its portfolio of luxury brands, making strategic acquisitions to strengthen its presence in the beauty industry.

In addition to acquiring PAYOT, the group has acquired other prestigious brands, including Argentum Apothecary, Natura Bissé, and Juliette Has A Gun.

Argentum Apothecary is a British luxury skincare brand that offers various solutions, such as face creams, serums, and cleansers, designed to improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin.

The French fragrance house, Juliette Has A Gun, offers a diverse range of fragrances, each with its distinct character.

The brand also offers a luxury collection of fragrances that honor specific materials and ingredients, such as oud and vetiver.

Natura Bissé is a Spanish luxury skincare brand that offers a wide range of products, including anti-aging creams, serums, and treatments, designed to cater to various skin needs. 

These acquisitions reflect USHOPAL’s commitment to curating a diverse and prestigious portfolio of luxury brands that cater to the evolving preferences of modern consumers.
