Kenvue launches new global headquarters in New Jersey

USA – Kenvue, a consumer health company specialising in personal care and wellness products, has unveiled its new global headquarters in Summit, New Jersey.

The company relocated its headquarters from Skillman, New Jersey.

The cutting-edge facility spans an impressive 290,000 square feet and serves as a beacon of innovation and sustainability.

It has proudly earned LEED Gold certification for its environmentally conscious design.

The new headquarters consolidates teams previously spread across seven different locations in the U.S., fostering teamwork, driving innovation, and providing state-of-the-art spaces to enhance consumer experiences.

Thibaut Mongon, Chief Executive Officer, Kenvue, stated, “There is no better place to unlock the full potential of our iconic brands than in the state many of our brands have proudly called home for more than 135 years.”

“This new headquarters exemplifies my Administration’s commitment to making New Jersey a destination for world-class companies driving innovation.”

During the launch, Kenvue reaffirmed its ambition to revolutionize the future of consumer health through science-driven advancements across its iconic brands, including Neutrogena, Listerine, Tylenol, and Aveeno.

The company aims to achieve this transformation by leveraging cutting-edge technology, prioritizing sustainable design, and enhancing its innovations with state-of-the-art facilities.

According to the company, the new headquarters offers a strategic advantage by positioning it close to talent in key fields, including life sciences, data, technology, and marketing.

Recently, the company commenced construction on its cutting-edge, 100,000-square-foot Science and Innovation Lab, marking a significant step in its commitment to innovation and consumer health.

This facility is designed to serve as a hub for scientific research and development, enabling the company to push the boundaries of product innovation and meet consumers’ evolving needs.

Meanwhile, Kenvue recently appointed three new members to its board of directors: Sarah Hofstetter, Erica Mann, and Jeffrey Smith.

The appointments are effective immediately.

Ms Hofstetter will join the Audit Committee, Ms. Mann will serve on the Nominating, Governance, and Sustainability Committee, and Mr. Smith will be a Compensation and Human Capital Committee member.

According to Kenvue, the Board will temporarily expand from 11 to 14 directors and then be reduced to 13 at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
