USA – Revlon Group, an American multinational company specializing in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care, has appointed Ralph Marshall as its new Chief Information and Digital Officer, effective April 2025.
Marshall will succeed Paul Smith, Revlon’s current Chief Information Officer, and will report directly to CEO Michelle Peluso.
In his new role, he will drive the company’s digital transformation and ensure that technological initiatives align with Revlon’s long-term business goals.
Peluso stated, “Ralph brings a robust global perspective from his many leadership roles at well-known, global brands, in addition to a passion for coaching and mentoring teams.”

Ralph Marshall is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience, having held senior positions at major global brands, including Starbucks, McDonald’s, Nando’s, and Merlin Entertainments.
Most recently, he served as the Global Chief Technology Officer at Merlin Entertainment, overseeing digital solutions for entertainment destinations in 23 countries.
His expertise spans various technology platforms, including emerging innovations, and he has a strong track record of aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
Marshall’s appointment comes as Revlon aims to unlock long-term growth potential through strategic digital integration initiatives.
These initiatives include integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to optimize business processes and deliver personalized consumer experiences.
