USA – Dove, the American personal care brand, has launched Dove Regenerative, its first facial skincare range, marking its entry into the rapidly growing dermo-cosmetics sector.
The new Dove Regenerative facial skincare line introduces powerful ingredients such as niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which strengthens the skin barrier and enhances hydration, and Pro-Retinol (a Vitamin A derivative), known for accelerating cell turnover to improve skin texture and tone.
The range has been tested on over 100 Brazilian skin tones to ensure visible results for all consumers.
Dove’s “skinimalism” philosophy, which focuses on effective yet uncomplicated skincare solutions, is central to this launch.
Luana Pereira, Dove Face Comms Lead, stated, “We saw an opportunity to launch an affordable skincare range backed by cutting-edge science and premium ingredients and that democratises access to this type of product.”

According to Nielsen’s data, the global dermo-cosmetics segment is valued at approximately €8 billion and makes up 24% of the overall skincare market.
This sector is projected to have an annual growth rate of 10.5% and account for 38% of skincare sales globally by 2030.
The Dove Regenerative range builds on the success of the brand’s dermo-cosmetic Body Serums, which were introduced in Brazil last year.
These serums were co-created with dermatologists to address specific skin concerns, including extreme dryness, loss of elasticity, and uneven skin tone.
The range includes five products, formulated with advanced ingredients such as the pro-ceramides, vegan collagen, and glycerin.
The range includes Niacinamide + Even Tone Cream Serum, Pro-Retinol + Firming Cream Serum, Pro-Ceramide + Repair Cream Serum, Hyaluronic + Hydration Cream Serum, and Prebiotic + Protection Cream Serum.
Recently, Dove introduced a Deep Moisture Body Wash with a smart label that detects hot water.
The smart label activates when exposed to shower water above 41°C and displays a “VERY HOT” warning.
This product is designed to help Canadians maintain skin-friendly shower temperatures, especially during the cold winter months when hot showers are particularly tempting.
With these strategic innovations, Dove continues to expand its footprint in advanced skincare, combining technology with dermatologist-backed solutions to enhance consumer experiences.
