USA – Victoria’s Secret & Co. has unveiled major leadership changes to boost growth and foster innovation across its brand portfolio.
These appointments include Anne Stephenson, Ali Dillon, Amy Kocourek, and Adam Selman, each bringing extensive expertise to their respective roles.
Hillary Super, CEO of VS&Co, stated, “They are joining highly skilled and experienced teams across our brands. Anne Stephenson is set to take over as President of Victoria’s Secret on May 12, 2025, succeeding Greg Unis, the former role holder.
Ali Dillon will become the new President of PINK on May 12, 2025, taking over from Amy Hauk, the brand’s former leader.
Amy Kocourek assumed the position of President of Beauty in March 2025, succeeding Greg Unis, who previously led the division before shifting to new responsibilities within the company.
Adam Selman is set to join Victoria’s Secret & Co. as Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director on April 14, 2025.
He will report directly to CEO Hillary Super until a new Chief Marketing Officer is appointed. Selman succeeds Raul Martinez, who formerly held the creative leadership position.
These leadership changes reflect Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s commitment to evolving its brands, capturing the next generation of consumers, and reinforcing its market leadership.
Macy’s appoints Thomas Edward as the new COO
In a similar move, Macy’s, Inc. has named Thomas J. Edwards as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with the appointment taking effect on June 22, 2025.
Edwards will take over from Adrian Mitchell, who has held the dual role of COO and CFO at Macy’s since November 2020.
Mitchell will remain with the company until June 21, 2025, to support a smooth transition.
In addition, the company has made other leadership adjustments to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Effective May 1, 2025, Barbie Cameron, Macy’s Chief Stores Officer, will report directly to CEO Tony Spring.
Meanwhile, Maly Bernstein, CEO of Bluemercury, will report to Olivier Bron, CEO of Bloomingdale’s.
This leadership shift is a key component of Macy’s “Bold New Chapter” strategy, which fosters long-term growth and drives innovation.
