Natracare unveils period starter kit to empower young individuals with sustainable choices

UK – Natracare, a British feminine hygiene brand that produces organic and plastic-free menstrual products, has introduced a First Period Starter Kit to support and empower those going through their first menstrual experience. 

The kit is intended to foster open dialogue about periods and encourage sustainable, well-informed choices.

This carefully curated kit includes Natracare by Eco Femme Organic Cotton Reusable Day Pad, a GOTS-certified and reusable organic cotton day pad crafted in collaboration with Eco Femme, ensuring softness and breathability while being fully washable for continuous use.

For soothing cramps and aches, Natracare has partnered with Warmlii to offer an organic cotton cherry stone thermal pillow, a microwaveable pillow filled with cherry stones that provides natural warmth and relief.

According to the company, the reusable thermal pillow heats up within minutes, conforms to the body’s shape.

In addition, the pillow offers relief for period cramps, headaches, and sore muscles, serving as an effective alternative or complement to traditional hot water bottles.

The kit also features Ultra Extra Super Pads with Wings, Night Time Maxi Pads, Normal Wrapped Panty Liners, and Safe to Flush Moist Tissues, providing a variety of options suited for different flow levels and personal preferences.
