Tabet is expected to drive regional growth, strengthen key alliances, and enhance customer engagement.
MIDDLE EAST – Eurofragance, a Spanish fragrance company, has nominated Oumayma Tabet as its new General Manager for the Middle East region, effective January 2026.
Tabet is expected to drive regional growth, strengthen key alliances, and enhance customer engagement.
Tabet succeeds Antoine de Riedmatten, who has led Eurofragance’s Middle East operations for over a decade.
However, de Riedmatten will remain actively involved as a member of the Middle East and India Regional Board, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained strategic oversight.
His tenure has been marked by significant milestones, including the establishment of Eurofragance’s Creative Centre and regional headquarters in Dubai, which have played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and innovation.
Tabet stated, “My commitment is to drive growth in the region and build solid partnerships with our clients.”
“The key ingredients for this are innovation, sustainability and our passion for fragrance, so we can continue to make a meaningful difference.”
Tabet brings a blend of technical expertise, market knowledge, and creative sensitivity to her new role, having 21 years of experience in the fragrance industry.
Over the past two years, she has led Eurofragance’s Creative Centre in Dubai, positioning it as a regional benchmark for innovation and collaboration.
Before joining Eurofragrance, Tabet worked with global fragrance leaders, including Quest International and Mane.
This leadership restructuring aligns with the company’s regionalization strategy, which aims to strengthen business operations in the Middle East and India, two markets that have demonstrated extraordinary growth in recent years.
Meanwhile, the company has decided to structure its leadership into two distinct geographical areas: India, led by General Manager Mayur Kapse, and the Middle East, under Tabet’s leadership, which reflects its customer-first approach and commitment to agility in a competitive landscape.
Tabet’s appointment signals a new chapter for the company, reinforcing its dedication to internal talent development, strategic continuity, and client-centred leadership.
Her expertise in fragrance innovation and market dynamics is expected to drive regional growth, strengthen key alliances, and enhance customer engagement.
Recently, Eurofragrance reported remarkable sales of €180 million (USD 204.4 million) for fiscal year 2024, marking a 27% increase compared to the previous year.
All regions experienced strong gains, with growth rates ranging from 19% in the EAT region to 30% in IMEA, with notable contributions from markets such as India, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
