This agreement will remain in effect through December 31, 2036.

FRANCE – Interparfums SA, a subsidiary of Interparfums, Inc., has secured an exclusive global fragrance license agreement with Longchamp, a Parisian luxury brand.
This agreement will remain in effect through December 31, 2036.
Under the terms of this exclusive worldwide agreement, Interparfums SA will assume responsibility for the creation, development, production, and distribution of new fragrance lines.
These fragrances will be available at Longchamp-branded points of sale, as well as through select distribution channels, including department stores, perfumeries, and duty-free shops.
The collaboration is expected to enhance Interparfums’ fragrance portfolio, expand its product offerings, strengthen its position in key markets, and create significant value for both companies.
Jean Madar, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Interparfums, Inc., stated, “This license agreement reflects our ongoing strategy to partner with highly relevant and trusted brands that share our commitment to quality and innovation. We believe this collaboration will further enhance our fragrance portfolio and expand our product offering, reinforcing our position in key markets and creating meaningful value for both partners.”
The initial fragrance launch from this partnership is anticipated for 2027.
This license agreement aligns with Interparfums Inc.’s strategy of partnering with highly relevant and trusted brands that share a commitment to quality and innovation.
Interparfums already manages fragrance licenses for other prominent brands, including Boucheron, Lacoste, Karl Lagerfeld, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Interparfums launches new fragrance collection
Interparfums has launched Solférino Paris, its first proprietary haute perfumery brand, signalling a strategic move into the high-end fragrance market.
The new line consists of ten gender-neutral eaux de parfum, and highlights include woody neroli by Nathalie Lorson, iridescent sandalwood by Shyamala Maisondieu, and amber-woody notes by Anne Flipo.
The fragrances are housed in sculptural bottles with architectural detailing and a radiant sun logo, available in 125 ml and 70 ml formats, alongside discovery sets and candles.
The initial Solférino Paris collection will be launched exclusively at Paris’ Publicis Drugstore and is set to expand to approximately 100 selective luxury retailers worldwide, including a freestanding boutique opening in September on Rue Saint-Honoré, a prestigious fragrance district in Paris.
This move comes after Interparfums has acquired Maison Goutal, a prestigious luxury perfume brand, to expand its high-end fragrance portfolio.
The acquisition includes all intellectual property rights of Maison Goutal worldwide, transferred from Amorepacific Europe.
Goutal will be managed by Amorepacific Europe under a license agreement for a given period before Interparfums, in collaboration with its licensee, assumes complete control in 2026.
