NETHERLANDS – Peter Greven Group, through its subsidiary Peter Greven Physioderm (PGP), has acquired Dreumex B.V., a well-established Dutch company known globally for its industrial hand cleaners, disinfectants, and hygiene solutions.
This acquisition aims to strengthen Peter Greven’s international market position and expand its footprint, particularly in the United States.
Dreumex has an extensive global presence, serving customers in over 50 countries with subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France, and the U.S.
As a result of the acquisition, Peter Greven U.S. Corporation will move its operations into Dreumex USA, Inc. facilities.
As part of the agreement, both companies will retain their independent brands and business activities to ensure a smooth transition without disruptions for customers and suppliers.

Peter Greven Group manufactures metal soaps, esters, and dispersions for industries like plastics, lubricants, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
The company also offers professional skin protection products under the GREVEN® and Physioderm brands.
The company emphasizes sustainability through RSPO-certified ingredients and the use of renewable raw materials.
With facilities in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., it integrates eco-conscious practices across its global operations.
On the other hand, Dreumex offers heavy-duty hand cleansers, sanitizers, and protective creams tailored for industrial environments. It also provides disinfecting wipes, surface cleaners, and degreasers for professional hygiene and facility maintenance.
