Brivaplast strengthens management team with two key appointments

The appointed members are expected to play a crucial role in reinforcing Brivaplast’s position as a leading beauty and cosmetics supplier.

ITALY – Brivaplast, a leading Italian family-owned company specializing in cosmetic packaging and applicators, has made strategic key appointments to its management team aimed at driving further growth and operational excellence. 

Sonia Fiori has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational control to the role. 

With a proven track record in optimizing financial performance, Fiori is set to play a pivotal role in steering Brivaplast’s economic strategy and supporting its sustainable global expansion.

In addition,  Marco De Crescenzo has been appointed as Plant Manager. 

De Crescenzo brings deep expertise in operations and production management, having held roles such as Operations Manager, HSE Manager, Production Manager, and Process Engineer. 

His strong background in manufacturing processes and operational efficiency will be instrumental in boosting the company’s production capabilities as Brivaplast pursues ambitious growth objectives.

General Manager Fabio Pezzoli emphasized that these strategic moves will allow Brivaplast to meet growing global demand, particularly for customized packaging solutions, while enhancing service quality across its international customer base.

These appointments are part of a broader development plan that includes a significant investment at Brivaplast’s Ornago, Italy production site. 

The company aims to increase overall production capacity by 25% by the end of 2025, supported by state-of-the-art machinery, additional production lines, and operational optimizations such as relocating the sampling department and expanding warehouse capacity.

With over 55 years of expertise, Brivaplast operates production units in Italy and China and maintains a commercial office in California, USA. 

The strengthened leadership team is expected to play a crucial role in reinforcing Brivaplast’s position as a top-tier global provider of innovative packaging and applicator solutions for the beauty industry.

Their portfolio includes packaging for mascara, lip gloss, lipstick, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and brow products. 

Known for their technical expertise, Brivaplast designs innovative applicators using materials such as fibre, elastomer, and flock, ensuring precise and comfortable product application.

In addition to applicators, Brivaplast develops custom scrapers and wipers that enhance formula performance and packaging aesthetics. 

They also provide full-service development, working closely with brands to create packaging formats that reflect their identity and meet evolving market demands.
