GEKA unveils new plant in Brazil to boost production and innovation

BRAZIL – GEKA, a manufacturer, supplier, and wholesaler for beauty application solutions, has expanded its global footprint with a strategic investment in its Brazilian facility, marking a significant step in boosting both production capacity and innovation in the beauty industry.
After a decade of successful operations in Brazil, GEKA officially opened a second unit in São Paulo.
This expansion doubles the facility’s size and is designed to meet the growing market demands in Latin America, particularly in Brazil.
According to GEKA, the new building increases production capacity by 25% through the addition of an upper-part assembly line, an injection moulding machine, and an injection blow moulding machine.
There is also space allocated for future machinery and projects, underscoring GEKA’s commitment to ongoing innovation and scalability.
Alongside the production upgrades, warehouse capacity has been expanded, and new offices for service, administration, and technical teams have been established.
A strategic showroom area has been created to engage customers directly, allowing them to explore GEKA’s product range, discover innovations, and draw inspiration for new projects.
The new facility is located just across the street from the original factory, enabling integrated operations that enhance flexibility and supply security for customers.
This investment allows GEKA to improve delivery times, respond more effectively to market growth, and broaden its portfolio of locally manufactured beauty packaging solutions.
Production in the new building began in March 2025, following a move-in phase starting in September 2024.
This development is part of a broader global expansion that also includes significant upgrades at GEKA’s sites in the USA and Germany, where production efficiency and technological advancements continue to be priorities.
