Those dedicating at least 15 minutes report better health outcomes, underscoring that even short, regular habits can have significant benefits.
Younger generations, particularly Gen Z and Millennials, are leading this movement toward preventive care.
Many express regret about not starting personal care routines sooner, recognizing these habits as vital for ageing well and maintaining long-term health.
This indicates a growing awareness of personal care as a lifelong practice rather than a periodic or cosmetic activity.
The report also highlights the mixed landscape of information sources. While 62% of consumers trust healthcare professionals most for advice, 80% rely on digital platforms to learn about personal care.
Social media influencers, though influential in reach, are trusted by only about one-third of younger consumers, reflecting a disconnect between popularity and credibility.
Consumers prefer simple, science-backed products that are easy to integrate into daily life, especially as the personal care market becomes increasingly complex.
