Voltas expands footprint with first company-owned brand store in Ludhiana

By operating the store directly, Voltas aims to ensure superior customer service and product knowledge, differentiating the shopping experience.

INDIA – Voltas Limited, India’s leading air conditioning brand from the Tata group, has expanded its retail footprint by launching its first Company Owned & Company Operated (CoCo) brand store in Ludhiana.

This new store represents a significant milestone for Voltas in the city and is a part of the company’s broader expansion strategy to increase its consumer touchpoints and provide an enhanced customer experience.

The Ludhiana CoCo store adds to the existing four brand stores in the city and is the 24th brand store in the state of Punjab.

The store offers customers a state-of-the-art experiential shopping environment showcasing Voltas’ wide range of cooling products, including air conditioners, air coolers, connected home appliances, kitchen appliances, air purifiers, water heaters, laundry solutions, and commercial refrigeration products.

Pradeep Bakshi, Managing Director & CEO, Voltas Limited, stated, “This launch reflects our commitment to deepening customer engagement and providing direct access to our full range of innovative products and services.”

This initiative aligns with Voltas’ commitment to customer centricity, providing consumers with access to the brand’s latest technology and innovative solutions for home and commercial cooling and appliances.

The launch also highlights Voltas’ ongoing efforts to deepen market penetration in tier 1 and tier 2 cities, offering attractive offers such as EMI schemes, zero down payment, cashback, and special discounts to ease product acquisition.
