UGANDA – La Belle Uganda, a Ugandan skin and hair brand whose products are manufactured by Aliyzeco industries, has launched a new hair care product, Happi Sheen, a hairspray infused with a blend of natural oils.

This product is designed to nourish hair and restore a healthy shine.

The formulation of Happi Sheen incorporates well-known natural ingredients, including shea butter, aloe vera, avocado oil, and coconut oil.

These components are recognized for their beneficial properties in hair care: shea butter deeply moisturizes and conditions hair, aloe vera soothes the scalp and promotes hair health, avocado oil nourishes and strengthens strands, while coconut oil adds softness and enhances shine.

The introduction of Happi Sheen expands La Belle’s range of hair care solutions, which focus on natural nourishment and care.

La Belle Uganda offers a diverse range of personal care products tailored to meet the needs of hair, skin, and baby care, with a strong emphasis on natural ingredients and everyday functionality.

In the hair care category, the brand offers shampoos, conditioners, herbal hair growth treatments, styling gels, pomades, and relaxers, all of which feature nourishing oils such as coconut and olive.

Their skin care line includes body lotions, face creams, apricot scrubs, moisturizing glycerine, and scented body splashes, catering to both hydration and cosmetic enhancement.

For infants, La Belle offers gentle baby oils and perfumed petroleum jellies designed for delicate skin.

The brand also supplies hygiene essentials such as hand sanitizers and aftershave products, rounding out its portfolio with items that support grooming and cleanliness across age groups.

The launch occurs at a time when the African hair care market is projected to generate USD 11.71 billion in revenue by 2025, with an expected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.49% from 2025 to 2030, according to Statista.

In Uganda, the hair care products market, according to a report by StrategyHelix, is projected to grow by USD 31.5 million between 2024 and 2029, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of approximately 6.9%, driven by rising disposable incomes, urbanization, and increasing consumer awareness of scalp and hair health.
