Damon Kennish named TNT Group’s Chief Business Officer

This marks a significant step for TNT Group’s global development and sales leadership, as it leverages his extensive international experience to accelerate business growth and strategic execution worldwide.

NETHERLANDS – TNT Group has appointed Damon Kennish as its Chief Business Officer, a strategic role in which he will lead the company’s Development and Sales teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. 

Kennish is tasked with identifying and implementing new growth opportunities while supporting TNT Group’s co-founders and CEOs in defining and executing the company’s strategic directions. 

This appointment is crucial as TNT Group continues to expand its global footprint in metal packaging for the fragrance, makeup, and skincare industries.

Damon Kennish brings over 30 years of diverse international experience in logistics, commercial operations, and executive leadership. 

His career encompasses high-level roles at prominent multinational companies, including Unilever, L’Oréal, and Elizabeth Arden, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. 

He has a proven track record of founding and scaling businesses, securing major contracts with global luxury brands, and leading operations across Asia, Europe, and North America.

 His expertise in process innovation and strategic reorganization is expected to drive TNT Group’s sustainable growth and reinforce its position as an industry leader.

TNT Group is a global leader in luxury packaging design, specializing in bespoke solutions for cosmetics, fragrances, wellness, and premium spirits. 

The company prioritizes sustainability by minimizing plastic use and selecting environmentally responsible materials without compromising luxury aesthetics. 

Meanwhile, TNT Group recently partnered with the Coty beauty brand to introduce recyclable aluminium caps for Jil Sander’s latest fragrance collection.

The aluminium-based cap features black silk-screen printing and a white lacquered finish, accompanied by a recycled polypropylene (PP) insert and a matte effect achieved through a specific surface treatment.
