The launch aligns with the growing demand for premium, sustainable eye care packaging that enhances both consumer experience and product performance.

GERMANY – Quadpack has launched the Serenity Tube, a premium eye care packaging solution designed to transform the skincare experience into a serene and sensory ritual.
This innovative tube features a unique spatula-shaped applicator made from soft thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which gently massages the delicate under-eye area, promoting better absorption of creamy, thick formulas such as depuffing treatments and anti-aging serums.
The applicator is equipped with a valve system that enables precise application, allowing users to dispense either a thin line or a wide spread of product without leaks or drips, making the experience as comfortable and effective as applying with fingers.
The Serenity Tube is available in sizes ranging from 8 milliliters to 25 milliliters, with an 18 mm diameter, and offers a choice between two barrier layer options to protect sensitive eye care formulations: an aluminum barrier layer or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol (EVOH) barrier integrated into a polypropylene structure.
The cap is polyethylene-based, and all components can be customizable to reflect a brand’s identity.
Highlighting sustainability, Quadpack incorporates up to 50% recycled content in the tube sleeve and 100% recycled content in the cap.
This use of recycled materials reduces the carbon footprint of the packaging by approximately 21% compared to traditional virgin plastics.
Meanwhile, in August Quadpack partnered with Quadpack to provide its sustainable packaging, specifically the 4.5 mL Gala dip-in pack for lip tint, bronzer, and blush products.
These packaging units are made entirely of recyclable monomaterial PET and decorated to deliver a premium appearance while being tailored to each formulation’s needs.
Two specialized applicators were developed to complement the product formulas and enhance the user experience.
The bronzer and blush use “The Essential” applicator, featuring a round-tipped spatula with dual reservoirs to hold ample product, allowing smooth and gentle application without redipping.
The lip tint uses “The Irresistible” applicator, a spoon-shaped design suited for richly pigmented lip oils and tints, equipped with a custom wiper that controls product loading precisely.
In addition, Quadpack has invested in new injection-moulding equipment at its Kierspe facility in Germany to produce monomaterial lip gloss dip-in bottles made from PET and PCR.
This investment will help shorten lead times and reduce the carbon footprint while addressing market demand for high-alkane formulation-compatible packaging in the European color cosmetics sector.
