This fresh funding empowers FAE Beauty to deepen its connection with Indian consumers through inclusive beauty offerings, wider distribution, and omni-channel retailing strategies.

INDIA – FAE Beauty, an inclusive beauty startup based in Mumbai, has successfully raised USD 2.04 million ( INR 17 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Spring Marketing Capital.
This round also included participation from existing investors, including Titan Capital, Winners Fund, Arihant Patni, and several angel investors.
The new capital injection is primarily aimed at supporting FAE Beauty’s expansion in both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and offline retail channels, as well as accelerating the development of new product lines focused on inclusive color cosmetics tailored to Indian skin tones.
Karishma Kewalramani, Founder and CEO of FAE Beauty, emphasized the brand’s mission to create makeup that is worn confidently and comfortably, offering shades that truly match diverse skin tones.
With this fresh funding, FAE Beauty plans to intensify product innovation, introduce face-focused categories, and strengthen its omni-channel presence across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline retail stores.
The brand already distributes its products through its own D2C website and major online platforms, including Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Myntra, and Tira.
FAE Beauty operates in a competitive segment with notable Indian brands such as Sugar Cosmetics, Kay Beauty, MyGlamm, Renee Cosmetics, and Plum.
The raised funds will facilitate scaling up, product portfolio expansion, and fortifying the brand’s positioning as a modern, skin-forward makeup solution that meets the evolving expectations of consumers who value shade accuracy, product performance, and skincare benefits combined in their beauty products.
This funding round marks a significant milestone for FAE Beauty as it continues to expand its market reach and innovate continuously in an increasingly dynamic Indian beauty and personal care landscape.
Spring Marketing Capital’s involvement brings not only capital but also expertise in scaling new-age brands through storytelling and consumer engagement, which aligns well with FAE Beauty’s growth ambitions.
FAE Beauty offers a range of cruelty-free, vegan makeup and skincare products including lipsticks, glosses, mascara, foundation, toner, sunscreen, moisturizer, and cleansers.
