These appointments will be effective from January 1, 2026.

INDIA – Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced a significant management transition, with Vandana Suri taking over as Executive Director of Home Care.
Suri succeeds Srinandan Sundaram, who has been promoted to CEO of Unilever International.
Vandana Suri brings over two decades of experience in building brands and leading categories, having previously held leadership roles at multinationals such as PepsiCo, Tetra Pak, and Nielsen before joining HUL in 2011.
Most recently, she served as General Manager for Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever Indonesia, where she drove transformation and growth.
At HUL, she has led the premium laundry portfolio and, as Vice President for Skin Care & Colour Cosmetics, Beauty & Wellbeing, she charted a premiumisation pathway for skin care, focusing on high-growth segments and formats.
Srinandan Sundaram, who joined HUL as a management trainee and rose through various leadership roles in Customer Development and Marketing, has been part of the Management Committee for the last nine years.
In his role as Executive Director for Home Care, he led the business to notable growth and market share gains.
HUL CEO and Managing Director Priya Nair praised Sundaram for his contributions and expressed confidence in his new international role.
Priya Nair also welcomed Vandana Suri to the HUL Management Committee, stating, “Vandana has a deep understanding of consumers, markets and ecosystems.”
“She has successfully led diverse, multicultural teams to foster high performance with empathy. I welcome her back to HUL and I am confident that she will take the Home Care business to even greater heights.”
Meanwhile, Hindustan Unilever recently strengthened its board by appointing Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director, effective from December 1, 2025, for a five-year term until November 30, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
Parikh will additionally take on the roles of Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Audit Committee at HUL.
He is known for his expertise in financial strategy and regulatory frameworks, having served as CEO of Ernst & Young India, country managing partner at Arthur Andersen, and co-founder of BMR Advisors.
