Huggies and National Diaper Bank Network celebrate 15-year partnership with 15 million diaper donation

This collaboration signifies a true example of corporate responsibility, making a real difference in families’ lives.

USA – Huggies, a subsidiary brand of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, has marked the National Diaper Bank Network’s(NDBN) 15th anniversary with a massive donation of 15 million diapers delivered over 15 days.

The National Diaper Bank Network, a U.S.-based non-profit, works to guarantee that children across the country have access to sufficient diapers to stay clean, dry, and healthy.

The campaign provided one diaper for every baby born across the US during this period, channelled through NDBN’s network of more than 260 partners covering all 50 states.

This builds on Huggies’ prior 2025 contribution of over 4 million diapers, addressing escalating costs and inflation pressures on families.

Huggies and NDBN have partnered since 2016 to fight diaper insecurity, where 66% of US mothers stretch diaper supplies, leading to potential child health risks.

Since 2010, NDBN has distributed over 1.9 billion diapers, with Huggies supplying more than 200 million in total support.

NDBN CEO and founder Joanne Samuel Goldblum said, “From day one, Huggies, and its parent company Kimberly-Clark have shared our goal of ensuring that babies have the diapers they require to be healthy and happy.”

“Together we will distribute this much-needed donation to high-need communities throughout the country.”

This initiative kicks off an expanded three-year partnership committing 75 million diapers total, positioning Huggies as NDBN’s largest donor ever.

About 2 million diapers are targeted at smaller banks with logistical challenges, bolstering local programs for high-need communities.

Since NDBN’s 2011 launch with Huggies as the founding sponsor, the duo has distributed over 300 million diapers and wipes to combat diaper need through advocacy, research, and policy efforts.

The effort aligns with Kimberly-Clark’s focus on essential care for families, including NICU support and sustainability goals.

Huggies offers a full range of baby care essentials, including diapers (newborn, taped, pants, and speciality swim diapers) and baby wipes, designed to support comfort, leak protection, and sensitive skin care across different stages of a child’s growth.
