By integrating Symrise’s innovative ingredient portfolio with Brenntag’s infrastructure and market presence, the collaboration aims to expand access to high-performance, value-added solutions for formulators and brands in Brazil.
This move adds to Brenntag’s recent series of partnerships, as it has been actively expanding its portfolio through new distribution agreements and collaborations across Beauty & Personal Care and related sectors.
Recently, they signed an exclusive global distribution deal with Shinehigh for advanced supramolecular active ingredients, a global agreement with Insempra for the fermentation-derived Omega‑7 biolipid CosVivet™ ActiLipid O7, and regional expansions with Givaudan into Malaysia and Singapore for cosmetic actives.
Brenntag has also broadened its colorants offering by distributing Sudarshan pigments across Southeast Asia and ANZ, added BASF home care and I&I cleaning solutions for Sub‑Saharan Africa, and secured pharma-focused partnerships such as the distribution of Evonik REXIM® GMP-grade amino acids in Europe.
In Beauty & Personal Care, the company recently extended its Jingkun guar derivatives distribution to France and Germany to support new formulations, underscoring its continued push to make innovative ingredient technologies more accessible to European formulators.
