The partnership is expected to be a major milestone in Sephora’s ambition to build a stronger, more successful presence on the UK high street.

UK – Marks & Spencer, a major British multinational retailer based in London, has partnered with Sephora to launch Sephora at M&S, a new beauty retail concept that will debut in selected M&S stores and online at M&S.com from spring 2027.
The partnership represents the next phase of M&S’s Fashion, Home and Beauty transformation.
It will bring carefully selected beauty brands, product discovery, and specialist advice to approximately 100 M&S stores located on high streets and retail parks across the United Kingdom.
By combining Sephora’s expertise in prestige beauty, strong brand relationships, and reputation for product discovery with M&S’s trusted brand, nationwide store network, and growing digital platform, the partnership will make Sephora’s specialist beauty experience available to more customers and communities across the UK.
The expanded beauty proposition is expected to attract new customers to M&S while encouraging existing shoppers to visit more frequently.
It will also strengthen the retailer’s wider Fashion, Home and Beauty business by offering customers a broader and more specialist beauty experience.
According to the brands, customers will be able to shop a carefully selected range of established beauty favourites, emerging brands, and exclusive products across: skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare and bodycare.
Specialist beauty advisers will be available in participating stores to provide expert guidance and personalised recommendations.
M&S.com will offer an even wider online selection, with options for home delivery and Click & Collect from M&S stores nationwide.
The final brand portfolio will be announced closer to the launch, including details of brands that are new to M&S and selected Sephora-exclusive products.
For Sephora, the agreement marks another stage in its UK growth strategy.
The shop-in-shop format will extend the company’s prestige beauty offering into additional communities while complementing its existing large-format stores, boutiques, digital channels, and app.
Meanwhile, Sephora has been expanding its presence in the UK through different retail formats, including its large “Temples of Beauty” stores and curated boutique concepts introduced in London.
The partnership will provide a more scalable model, allowing Sephora to reach customers in more locations through an established and trusted retail network.
Catherine Spindler, President of Europe and the Middle East at Sephora, said, “Our UK launch has been such a huge success, that we wanted to go further and faster.”
“Our partnership with M&S is the next evolution of this strategy, introducing a retail model that complements our existing formats and allows us to build on the strength of the Sephora brand in the UK.”
Sephora has adopted a localised approach in each UK city where it operates, incorporating local culture and creators into its marketing and tailoring launch activities to the communities it serves.
The two companies aim to redefine the high-street beauty experience by combining Sephora’s curated product range and specialist service with M&S’s strength in food, fashion, home, and retail convenience.
Sephora’s Beauty Advisers will work in participating M&S stores to provide customers with a more personalised experience and bring the company’s beauty expertise to communities across the UK.
