Inolex nominates Bradley Cook as Executive Vice President for its global manufacturing operations

Cook will oversee global manufacturing operations as the company expands its sustainable ingredient technologies through a growing network of production facilities worldwide.

USA – Inolex, a global company that designs ingredients for the personal care and cosmetics industries, has appointed Bradley Cook as its new Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing.

According to he company, Cook will oversee global manufacturing operations as the company expands its sustainable ingredient technologies through a growing network of production facilities worldwide.

In addition, he will manage Inolex’s manufacturing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, along with operations in France, Korea, India, and Brazil.

Arthur Knox, President of Inolex, stated, “Bradley brings tremendous momentum to optimize and broaden our global manufacturing capabilities, enhancing the safety, quality, and sustainability of operations, and delivering on the needs of customers in all markets we serve.”

Cook brings a wealth of experience in the speciality chemicals industry, with a career spanning engineering, supply chain, and global manufacturing strategy. 

He has held senior positions at Croda, Evonik, and Air Products, where he led multi-site manufacturing initiatives and built high-performing global teams. 

In addition, he served on Croda’s North American Leadership Board and its Global Life Sciences Board.

Knox added, “With Bradley at the helm, we’re taking a critical look at how our sustainable technologies become even more sustainable through smart manufacturing strategies.”

The appointment of Cook follows the company’s recent appointment of Arthur Knox as its new president.

Knox is set to steer the company’s strategic direction, focusing on strengthening ties with customers and exploring innovative approaches to achieving sustainability in established and new markets. 

According to the company, under Knox’s leadership, the company will enter a crucial phase of ingredient innovation aimed at delivering exceptional value to customers while driving sustainability from raw material sourcing to the end consumer.

Meanwhile, Inolex also announced an exclusive distribution agreement with The Ingredient Store, a leading online platform known for its focus on innovative and natural ingredients.

This initiative aims to expand access to Inolex’s renowned range of natural and sustainable ingredients across the UK and EU, empowering indie beauty brands and startups to innovate and grow in the beauty and personal care industry.

The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of Inolex’s sustainable ingredients while advancing its mission of promoting environmental responsibility in the beauty industry, particularly among customers with more sensitive skin and minimal ingredient needs.
