This leadership move reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to improve its team, enhance capabilities, and refine its structure for continued success in global markets.
USA – Colgate Palmolive, a global producer of health care and personal care products, has fortified its Executive Leadership Committee with the appointment of five seasoned executives: Shane Grant, Panagiotis Tsourapas, John Hazlin, Stanley Sutula III and Prabha Parameswaran.
Effective June 16, 2025, all of the executives report directly to Noel Wallace, who serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer.
Wallace stated, “We continue to build capabilities, strengthen our team and refine our organizational structure to ensure we keep winning in the global markets and categories where we compete.”
“As we move ahead with our 2030 strategy, this strong mix of leaders will build on our momentum to ensure we are positioned to reach our ambitious growth goals.”
Shane Grant – Chief Operating Officer
Grant is set to oversee Colgate-Palmolive’s operations in North America and Latin America as he steps into the newly established role. Grant brings extensive leadership experience, having previously worked at Group Danone as Group Deputy CEO, CEO of Americas, and EVP for Dairy, Plant-Based, and Global Sales.
Panagiotis Tsourapas – Chief Operating Officer
Tsourapas will oversee operations across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Eurasia, Skin Health, and Global Customer Development, leveraging his extensive leadership experience in customer development, marketing, and general management.
Tsourapas has held various global leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive and was named Group President in 2020.
His responsibilities expanded in 2022 and 2024 to include Europe and Global Customer Development.
John Hazlin – Chief Growth Officer
He is tasked with driving the execution of the company’s 2030 Strategic Plan, which includes key enterprise transformation efforts and advancing core capabilities.
He will also oversee global category strategy and growth functions, including Analytics, Design, Digital, R&D, and Supply Chain.
Hazlin, who currently serves as President of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, will continue in that role until a successor is named.
Stanley Sutula III – Chief Financial Officer
In addition to being the CFO, Sutula has been given additional oversight of Global Information Technology and Mergers & Acquisitions, reflecting their strategic importance to the company’s long-term growth.
Prabha Parameswaran – Vice Chair
Prabha will collaborate with the leadership team on key priorities, including innovation, omnichannel demand generation, and scaling AI.
She will also continue leading sustainability and social impact efforts until her planned retirement on October 1, 2025.
