R4 Industrial expands footprint with launch of manufacturing facility in Las Vegas

USA – R4 Industrial USA, a division of GPI Beauty, is set to enhance North American packaging production with the official launch of its new state-of-the-art flexible tube manufacturing facility in Las Vegas. 

The 76,000-square-foot plant, which was dedicated on June 19, 2025, will officially commence operations on July 15, 2025.

This expansion marks a pivotal moment for the beauty and personal care industries, promising unparalleled lead times, flexible production runs, and eco-forward solutions.

The new facility is strategically positioned to serve as both a U.S. Customs Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and a Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) hub. 

This dual function offers considerable advantages, including duty-free storage and tariff deferral, which optimizes cash flow and reduces supply chain costs for clients. 

The ability to offer “in-and-out” capabilities for up to 120 days further streamlines logistics and financial planning, with duties and tariffs only incurred when goods are commercially released or re-exported.

R4 Industrial USA is set to meet the increasing demand for high-quality, environmentally conscious packaging solutions, with a production capacity capable of manufacturing up to 100 million units annually. 

The facility boasts technological excellence, featuring multi-layer extrusion, automated capping, silk screening, and offset printing to deliver premium packaging. 

These advanced capabilities, together with streamlined customs processes, promise accelerated speed to market for finished products.

In addition to its industrial prowess, the launch of this facility is expected to have a positive local impact on the Las Vegas economy, creating over 50 skilled jobs and contributing to the region’s growth and development. 

R4 Industrial USA will also consolidate shipments and optimize logistics, helping brands reduce their carbon footprint while efficiently scaling their operations.
