USA – Amber has been named president of Revlon’s Elizabeth Arden brand and the global fragrance portfolio, marking a significant leadership addition as the company navigates a pivotal phase of transformation.
Amber’s leadership tenure begins on October 1, 2025, operating from New York and collaborating closely with Revlon’s cross-functional teams worldwide to foster innovation, accelerate growth, and deepen consumer connections.
Amber will also oversee Revlon’s diverse fragrance portfolio, which includes notable partnerships with Ice Spice, Christina Agera, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, and Palm Angels, aiming to create memorable scent experiences that resonate across generations.
Amber aims to build on this heritage through bold storytelling, breakthrough product development, and consumer-centric initiatives.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 12 years specifically in beauty and seven years leading global brands, Amber brings deep expertise across skincare, fragrance, brand transformation, international strategy, and consumer engagement.
Before joining Revlon, she served as Global Brand President of Origins within Estée Lauder Companies, where she led groundbreaking innovation and accelerated digital growth.
She arrives amid Elizabeth Arden’s 115th anniversary celebrations, which underscore the brand’s enduring legacy of innovation, science, beauty, and empowerment.
This appointment is part of Revlon’s broader efforts to assemble a world-class leadership team, following the company’s emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and recent executive restructuring, positioning the business for renewed momentum and sustained global growth.
