The advisory board reflects Daash’s focus on building tools that help beauty brands compete more effectively.

USA – Daash Intelligence, an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that provides beauty brands with weekly sales insights, has established an advisory board comprising well-known beauty founders, innovators, and industry leaders to help guide its growth strategy.
The advisory board includes Dawn Francisco, Tina Gu, Scott Kestenbaum, Amy Liu, Melissa Mao and Priscilla Tsai.
Their role is to offer guidance on emerging beauty trends and help Daash strengthen its data intelligence to better support partner brands.

According to Daash, input from board members has already helped shape price-tracking tools and ingredient and benefit trend analysis designed to help brands respond faster to consumer shifts.
Dawn Francisco brings more than 20 years of experience across retail, brand and direct-to-consumer channels. She has held senior leadership roles at Anastasia Beverly Hills, B-Glowing, The Estée Lauder Companies and Dermstore.
Tina Gu, chief financial officer and head of digital and growth at Sarah Creal Beauty, oversees financial strategy, direct-to-consumer operations, growth marketing and analytics. She previously worked in product marketing at Meta and held senior positions in M&A and global marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies.
Scott Kestenbaum is co-founder and general manager at Maesa, where he leads the Managed Brands group and oversees growth strategy and new business development. Maesa is behind brands including Kristin Ess, Being Frenshe and Fine’ry.
Amy Liu is the founder and CEO of Tower 28, a skincare and beauty brand focused on sensitive skin. Before launching the brand, she worked as a marketing consultant and taught marketing and finance at FIDM, and earlier held roles at Josie Maran Cosmetics, Kate Somerville and Smashbox Cosmetics.
Melissa Mao is the chief sales officer at OSEA Malibu and has extensive experience in domestic and international sales growth. She previously served as vice president of sales at COOLA and earlier held a senior sales role at Earthlite, where she oversaw five global brands.
Priscilla Tsai is the founder and CEO of Cocokind, a skincare brand known for accessible products for sensitive skin, sold through Ulta and Target.
The board introduction comes shortly after the debut of My.Daash, the company’s new platform.
