The acquisition further strengthens Belle Brands’ presence in haircare and wellness while broadening its reach across beauty categories and retail segments.

USA – Belle Brands, a beauty platform established by consumer-focused private investment firm Windsong Global, has acquired Vegamour, a biotechnology-driven hair wellness brand focused on clean, clinically supported product development.
The transaction expands Belle Brands’ portfolio, which includes JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty and Versed.
Vegamour develops haircare products designed to support hair longevity, scalp health and different stages of the hair-growth cycle.
The brand combines plant-based ingredients with scientific research and positions its formulations as alternatives to products containing synthetic hormones or harsh chemicals.
Its portfolio focuses on solutions intended to support the hair-growth phase, reduce shedding, and maintain a healthy scalp environment.
The company has also incorporated plant-derived exosome technology and liposomal delivery systems into its haircare development.
These technologies are intended to support targeted delivery and regenerative care while working with the body’s biological processes.
Vegamour’s product range is supported by clinical testing and has helped the brand build a consumer community interested in science-led haircare and long-term hair health.
Teresa Lo, global president of Belle Brands, stated, “Brands with a clinically-backed approach to product development, a deeply passionate community, and a focus on accessibility are the kind of brands Belle Brands looks for when it comes to building out our portfolio; Vegamour has all of those attributes and more.”
“They’re a pioneer in the hair wellness space with exclusive retail distribution at Sephora, a stalwart in beauty that has helped bring hair health front and centre to countless consumers.”
The platform provides operational support, retail and e-commerce capabilities and brand-management expertise, enabling its companies to reduce certain operating expenses and direct greater investment towards product development, retail partnerships and consumer marketing.
Following the acquisition, Belle Brands’ portfolio covers haircare, skincare, colour cosmetics, baby care and hair wellness. Its brands are distributed through prestige, masstige and mass-market retail channels.
The platform said its structure allows each company to access the resources of a larger organisation while maintaining its own market positioning, brand identity and consumer relationships.
