USA – Givaudan has finalized its acquisition of Belle Aire Creations, a leading US fragrance manufacturer, to boost its market position among local and regional customers in North America.
The deal supports Givaudan’s 2030 growth plan by enhancing creative capabilities and customer proximity in the US market.
On a pro forma basis, the acquired business would add about CHF 65 million (USD 80.6 million) to Givaudan’s 2024 sales, with funding drawn from existing cash reserves.
