Madema’s commitment to driving culture will be essential to drive the success of the Revlon Group Holdings.
USA – Revlon Group, an American multinational company specializing in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care, has named Dana Medema as the president of North America.
Effective May 5, 2025, she will report directly to Michelle Peluso, the CEO of the New York beauty firm.
She will oversee the company’s operations in the region and will be involved in setting the strategic directions for the company in North America.
Medema will succeed Geralyn Breig, who joined Revlon in 2023 to lead the region’s transition out of bankruptcy.
According to Revlon, Breig will return to her corporate board work but will assist Medema during her transition.

Medema brings over 20 years of experience in the global fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Most recently, she held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health for North America at Philips.
Before joining Philips in 2022, she spent nearly 20 years at Colgate-Palmolive, where she held a series of senior leadership positions and managed global, regional, and local teams across various markets, including Switzerland and Germany.
Earlier in her career, she also gained experience in global logistics and transportation.
Medema brings over 20 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, having held leadership roles at companies like Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive, and Philips.
Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health – North America at Philips, where she oversaw business performance across Europe and North America.
This appointment follows the company’s recent nomination of Ralph Marshall as its new Chief Information and Digital Officer, effective April 1.
Marshall succeeded Paul Smith, Revlon’s current Chief Information Officer, and will report directly to CEO Michelle Peluso.
In his new role, he will drive the company’s digital transformation and ensure that technological initiatives align with Revlon’s long-term business goals.
