KENYA – FW Africa, the leading organizer of high-level trade shows and conferences in Africa, is set to host the first-ever Africa Home and Personal Care Expo in Nairobi, Kenya.
The event will be held from July 2 to 4, 2025, at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi.
This is the only International Trade Show and Conference for the Beauty, Home and Personal Care Manufacturing and Packaging Industry in Eastern Africa.
This event will bring together manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and suppliers of new technologies that shape the future of Africa’s beauty, home, and personal care industries and beyond.
This event will be co-located with the renowned AFMASS Food Manufacturing Expo Eastern Africa, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in the market.
The co-location of these events is expected to attract over 8,000 trade visitors and conference delegates, with more than 150 local, regional and international companies exhibiting innovations that will drive change across the sectors.
Francis Juma, CEO of FW Africa, stated, “Africa’s growing number of households, rising disposable income, youth population, urbanisation, and increased purchasing power are expected to drive demand for locally manufactured and imported beauty, personal, and home care products.”
According to Statista, the Home & Laundry Care market in Africa is projected to generate USD 18.33 billion in revenue in 2025.
This market is expected to grow at an annual rate of 4.89% from 2025 to 2029. The largest segment within this market is Laundry Care, which is estimated to have a market volume of USD 9.77 billion in 2025.
Meanwhile, Africa’s Beauty & Personal Care market is projected to generate USD 69.53 billion in revenue by 2025, and the largest segment within this market, personal care, is estimated to have a market volume of USD 33.06 billion in 2025.
