FRANCE – Takasago, Japanese company specializing in flavors and fragrances, has nominated Émilie Bouge as its new Senior Perfumer at its Paris office, effective April 2025.
In her new position at Takasago, Bouge is expected to leverage her expertise to contribute to the company’s innovative fragrance development.
Spokesperson from Takasago stated, “Her creations are renowned for their architectural power, emotional depth and refined balance between nature and science.”
Émilie Bouge brings a wealth of expertise and a rich heritage to her new role, having been born into a family from Grasse, France, with over two centuries of perfumery tradition.
Throughout her career, Bouge has gained extensive experience in natural ingredients and has developed a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market.
She has worked internationally, including setting up an Indonesian laboratory during her tenure at Charabot, which was later acquired by Robertet.
Her collaborations with prestigious brands such as Creed, Acqua di Parma, Trudon, and Xerjoff have earned her recognition for her creations.
