Nykaa reports strong Q4 FY25 with 90%  increase in profit 

These results underscore Nykaa’s sustained growth in India’s beauty and fashion retail sectors, reaffirming its dedication to scalable and profitable digital-first commerce.

INDIA – Nykaa has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 ending March 2025, reporting a significant 90 percent jump in quarterly profit. 

The company’s profit rose to ₹19 crore (USD 2.22 million) in Q4 FY25, up from ₹10 crore (USD 1.16 million) during the same period last year. 

The revenue from operations at Nykaa grew by 24 per cent year-on-year, reaching ₹2,061 crore(USD 239.90 million) in Q4 FY25, up from ₹1,667 crore(USD 194.04 million) in the same quarter of the previous financial year. 

The company’s beauty segment continued to be its main revenue contributor, generating ₹1,894 crore(USD 220.46 million) in Q4 FY25, which accounted for 92 percent of the total revenue for the quarter. 

For the full financial year FY25, Nykaa reported operating revenue of ₹7,950 crore(USD 925.38 million), marking a 24 percent rise from ₹6,386 crore(USD 743.33 million) recorded in FY24. 

The annual profit increased to ₹74(USD 8.61 million) crore in FY25, up from ₹44 crore(USD 5.12 million) in FY24, reflecting a strengthened bottom-line performance in tandem with steady revenue growth. 

Nykaa reported 23% expense surge to ₹2,031 crore(USD 236.41 million), which further supported the improvement in the company’s bottom line. 

For the full year ending March 2025, Nykaa’s total expenses rose to ₹7,850 crore(USD 913.74 million). 

Nykaa’s fashion apparel segment saw an 11 percent increase in quarterly revenue, reaching ₹161 crore(USD 18.74 million), underscoring the brand’s continued growth across multiple categories.

Meanwhile, Nykaa recently partnered with L’Oréal L’Oréal Paris to bring the glamour of Cannes Beauty to India, marking the brand’s 28th consecutive year as the official beauty partner of the prestigious Festival de Cannes.

The collaboration is particularly significant as Alia Bhatt, a celebrated figure in Indian cinema, prepares to make her grand Cannes red carpet debut as a Global Ambassador for L’Oréal Paris. 

She will stand alongside veteran ambassador Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, further cementing India’s growing presence in the international cinematic landscape. 

According to the brand, their presence at Cannes is not just about showcasing beauty but also about representing the evolution of Indian cinema on a global platform.

Through its partnership with Nykaa, L’Oréal Paris is granting Indian consumers unprecedented access to iconic red carpet beauty looks.
