Cosmogen revolutionizes beauty with launch of refillable stick and portable brush set

The launch was done during the Luxe Pack New York 2025.

FRANCE – Cosmogen, a cosmetic product manufacturer, has introduced a sleek aluminium brush set and a revamped ReUse makeup refill stick during the Luxe Pack New York 2025.

The aluminium brush set is a compact, on-the-go collection featuring four professional-grade brushes tailored for makeup application and touch-ups.

Each brush is crafted with a gold-colored aluminium handle and notably omits the traditional ferrule, streamlining the design for both aesthetics and recyclability.

The set includes a foundation brush engineered for flawless coverage, a blush brush with a bevelled tuft for precise colour application, a concealer brush shaped to mimic fingertip blending, and a powder brush designed to distribute bronzer or setting powder evenly.

Complementing the brush set is the ReUse stick, a watertight, reloadable applicator originally made from monomaterial polypropylene.

The stick is available in three refined finishes: silver, rose gold, and gunmetal. Designed for high-performance skincare and hybrid makeup formulas, the ReUse stick merges functionality with upscale appeal, reinforcing Cosmogen’s vision of sustainable sophistication.

These launches are part of a broader portfolio of eco-friendly packaging solutions introduced by Cosmogen, including a 100% paper-based cosmetic stick and PET/PET-PCR makeup lines.

As the beauty industry continues to pivot toward environmental responsibility, Cosmogen’s latest offerings position the brand at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and style.

Cosmogen designs and manufactures high-performance applicators and sustainable packaging solutions for the beauty industry, including makeup brushes, refillable sticks, and skincare tubes.

The company specializes in eco-conscious innovations using materials like post-consumer recycled plastics, aluminium, and FSC-certified paper.

It also collaborates closely with brands to create customized, elegant formats that align with both environmental goals and luxury aesthetics.

Meanwhile, Shellworks recently unveiled the “world’s first” fully home-compostable pipette dropper, an advancement in sustainable packaging for the beauty and wellness sectors.

This innovation marks a new dawn in sustainable packaging, as it is recyclable compared to conventional pipette droppers, which are often made from a combination of glass, rubber, and plastic.

According to the company, the new fully home-compostable pipette dropper is designed to reduce the properties of glass, ceramic, plastic, and rubber while allowing it to decompose as a single unit when disposed of in a home composting environment.
