Prinova names Masaya Ikemoto as new President and CEO

JAPAN – Prinova, a global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions, has appointed Masaya Ikemoto as its new President and CEO, effective July 15, 2025.

He is set to lead the company into its next phase of growth and development.

As President and CEO, Ikemoto’s leadership is expected to reinforce Prinova’s global expansion strategy while maintaining the company’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the ingredients and premixes industry.

Ikemoto will take over the role from Richard McEvoy, who will be leaving he company.

Hiroyuki Ueshima, Representative Director, President & CEO of NAGASE Group, said,“As Chairman of Prinova, Ikemoto has a deep understanding of Prinova’s business and will continue to advance the strategy already in motion to ensure Prinova’s ongoing success in delivering value for its customers and partners.

“Under unified leadership, Prinova will strengthen its position as an industry leader and accelerate its strategic vision.”

This leadership change follows Prinova’s earlier appointment of Graham Hall as its new Strategic Advisor, effective May 23, 2025.

As Strategic Advisor, Hall is expected to leverage his extensive industry expertise to support Prinova’s continued expansion and strategic initiatives.

With Hall’s transition, Peter Brown, who has been with TIH since 2011 and currently serves as Vice President, will assume the role of President.

Brown will collaborate with Prinova’s leadership to ensure the ongoing success and seamless integration of TIH into the broader Prinova business.

Hall, a seasoned industry leader, transitions into this role following his tenure as President of The Ingredient House (TIH), a company he founded in 2006 and later integrated into Prinova through its acquisition in 2021.

Hall’s leadership at TIH was marked by a steadfast commitment to quality, service, and reliability, positioning the company as a trusted partner to some of the world’s most respected consumer brands.

His ability to implement best-in-class practices and redefine service excellence across the supply chain contributed significantly to TIH’s growth and reputation.

Prinova, a wholly owned subsidiary of the NAGASE Group, has built a strong global presence with strategic stocks in numerous distribution centres and manufacturing facilities across the UK, China, and the USA.
