USA – The Estée Lauder Companies has strengthened its Board of Directors with the nomination of two distinguished leaders, Dana Strong, CBE, and Annabelle Yu Long, for election at the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders on November 13, 2025.

The Board Chair, William P. Lauder, highlighted the importance of these appointments, stating, “We are confident that they will bring a distinct and highly relevant blend of global, digital, consumer innovation and business transformation experience.”

“Combined, their deep expertise in turnaround leadership, media, consumer engagement, and the Asia/Pacific region will be instrumental as we continue to drive long-term growth, agility, and transformation across our portfolio.”

Ms. Strong is currently the CEO of Sky, leading media and entertainment across six European countries with over 25 years of experience at global media brands.

She has driven Sky’s transformation to digital streaming, launching services like Sky Glass and expanding its content offerings.

She also has extensive international experience and serves on The Wharton School’s EMEA Advisory Board.

On the other hand, Ms. Long is an experienced venture capitalist and founder of BAI Capital, focusing on investments in AI, fintech, and consumer sectors in Asia.

She plays a key role in Bertelsmann’s global strategy and China growth initiatives.

Ms. Long also serves on several public company boards and has been recognized on Forbes’ Midas List and Asia’s Power Businesswomen.

These strategic board enhancements come as Estée Lauder continues navigating a dynamic market landscape, emphasizing innovation, expanded geographic presence, and operational excellence to sustain its leadership in beauty and skincare across approximately 150 countries worldwide.

Meanwhile, Estée Lauder recently named Aude Gandon as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO), effective August 1, 2025, marking a strategic shift in its global leadership structure.
