M3M and Sirona join forces to revolutionize public spaces with feminine hygiene vending machines

INDIA – M3M India has partnered with Sirona, a leading Indian femtech brand, to install feminine hygiene vending machines in malls and commercial spaces developed by M3M.

These vending machines, placed just outside women’s washrooms, provide easy and dignified access to a wide range of menstrual hygiene products, including menstrual cups, period panties, sanitary pads, panty liners, toilet seat covers, and stain-removing wipes.

This initiative marks a pioneering step by M3M, making it the first real estate developer in India, and possibly globally, to proactively integrate such women’s wellness solutions in public spaces.

The partnership aims to create inclusive, women-first public areas by breaking social taboos and improving accessibility to essential hygiene products.

This is not just about convenience, but also about women’s dignity, equality, and holistic well-being, marking a significant milestone in social impact and innovation.

The collaboration builds on Sirona’s prior success of installing similar vending machines at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Deep Bajaj, Co-Founder, Sirona, said, “This is more than a machine, it is a message. Access to menstrual hygiene products should be a basic facility in every public space.”

“With M3M, we have found a partner who shares that vision and is setting an inspiring benchmark for the real estate sector in India and beyond.”

M3M Foundation, the philanthropic arm of M3M, also actively promotes menstrual health awareness and resource access, reinforcing the broader goal of women’s empowerment and community well-being.

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson  & Trustee of the M3M Foundation, stated, “At M3M Foundation, we are committed to breaking these barriers by creating safe spaces for dialogue and equipping women with both knowledge and resources.”

“Through our menstrual health drive across 39 sites in Delhi-NCR, we have directly touched over 41,900 migrant workers, 48% of whom are women, and this is just the beginning.”

With this partnership, we aim to strengthen the vast community of women – whether part of the workforce or visitors – who engage with M3M-developed spaces.”

This initiative is expected to raise the standard for addressing menstrual hygiene in public, setting an inspiring benchmark for the real estate sector and other high-traffic locations across India.
