The company now aims to transcend regional prominence and achieve global leadership status by 2035 through these strategic initiatives.

SOUTH KOREA – Amorepacific Group, a South Korean beauty and cosmetics chaebol, has unveiled an ambitious vision to become a global leader in beauty and wellness by 2035, marking its 80th anniversary with a strategic leap forward.

The company aims to achieve annual sales of 15 trillion Korean won (USD 10.82 billion), more than tripling its 2024 sales of 4.26 trillion won, and to increase the share of overseas sales to 70%, up from around 50% currently.

Amorepacific plans to rank among the top three premium skincare companies globally, driven by a vision slogan of “Create New Beauty” centered on holistic beauty that transcends age and time, harmonizing body and mind.

To realize this vision, Amorepacific has established five strategic pillars guiding its growth over the next decade.

These include intensive global market expansion, focusing on a “Pentagon” of core regions: Korea, North America, Europe, India/Middle East, China, and Japan/APAC.

The company is set to focus on global market expansion (Everyone Global), integrated beauty solutions (Holistic), biotechnology-driven anti-aging (Ageless), agile innovation (AMORE Spark), and AI-driven operations (AI First).

In addition, Amorepacific emphasizes building a comprehensive beauty and wellness portfolio that integrates luxury anti-aging skincare, dermatology, mass skincare, haircare, makeup, wellness products, and beauty devices.

The company now aims to transcend regional prominence and achieve global leadership status by 2035 through these strategic initiatives.

Chairman Seo Kyung-bae articulated that Amorepacific envisions itself as a global beauty creator, advancing a philosophy that blends inner and outer beauty to propose new standards of beauty aligned with contemporary times.

The company sees its future not only in expanding geographically but in pursuing innovation and digital transformation to sustain a competitive edge in the premium global beauty and wellness market.

Founded in 1945, Amorepacific has made significant contributions to the development of Korea’s beauty industry and the globalization of K-beauty.

The company’s 10-year target reflects confidence in the growing global beauty and wellness market and its readiness to capitalize on evolving consumer preferences with a diversified and innovative portfolio.
