Alchemy Ingredients taps DKSH for exclusive distribution of raw materials in France

FRANCE – Alchemy Ingredients, supplier of naturally-derived ingredients,  has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with DKSH, a Swiss holding company specializing in market expansion services, to provide comprehensive market expansion services in France. 

This partnership enables DKSH to oversee the marketing, sales, distribution, logistics, and customer management for Alchemy’s portfolio of naturally derived cosmetic ingredients, including vegan and COSMOS-certified products. 

By leveraging DKSH’s deep market knowledge and established network within the French personal care industry, Alchemy Ingredients aims to significantly broaden its presence and accessibility in this key European market.

This exclusive agreement strengthens Alchemy Ingredients’ foothold in France, enabling the brand to meet rising demand for clean, natural, and ethical cosmetic ingredients through DKSH’s trusted and comprehensive market expansion platform. 

DKSH’s role as a strategic partner is to facilitate efficient supply chain management and customer support, positioning Alchemy for successful growth and market penetration in France.

Alchemy Ingredients specialises in naturally derived functional ingredients for cosmetic formulations. 

Founded in 2008, it focuses on replacing synthetic materials with clean, effective alternatives that simplify the work of formulators. 

Their product range includes natural thickeners, emulsifiers, and foaming agents designed to perform reliably across skincare and personal care applications. 

Meanwhile, DKSH recently expanded its distribution agreement with Catexel, a German personal care ingredient producer, to cover Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

This partnership builds on their successful collaboration in Poland and other European markets, strengthening Catexel’s presence in the DACH region.

As part of the agreement,  DKSH’s Performance Materials division will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for Catexel’s product range.
