Sephora empowers creators with shoppable digital storefronts on its website and app

This platform aims to empower creators by offering a unique opportunity to curate their own storefronts, earn commissions, and engage meaningfully with Sephora’s extensive customer base.

FRANCE – Sephora has introduced “My Sephora Storefront,” a creator-powered affiliate platform designed to allow U.S. influencers to create shoppable digital storefronts and share personalized product recommendations with their followers.

This platform is fully integrated into Sephora.com and the Sephora app, allowing both shoppers and creators to enjoy a seamless shopping experience within Sephora’s ecosystem.

Developed in partnership with Motom, a leading technology company specialized in creator commerce, this launch marks a significant advancement in Sephora’s evolving social strategy and reinforces its position as a leader in the creator commerce space.

Creators on My Sephora Storefront benefit from fully customizable digital storefronts that showcase their unique brand and aesthetic through curated collections.

They can share shoppable links optimized for all major social media platforms and have access to Sephora’s full product assortment, including the coveted brands and latest product launches, as well as the Beauty Insider Loyalty program.

The platform also provides year-round commission opportunities and integrates seamlessly with Sephora’s robust data analytics, offering creators detailed insights into their storefront’s performance.

Brent Mitchell, Sephora’s Vice President of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, emphasized that Sephora values building meaningful relationships with creators and expert voices because of their ability to engage authentically with consumers.

He stated, “My Sephora Storefront is a pivotal next step to building an inclusive ecosystem that empowers creators to connect with their audiences authentically, and also enables deeper creator relationships with our brand partners and clients that make it all possible.”

“While each creator community has its own unique strategy, they work together to address gaps in how beauty lovers discover new products and develop their purchasing habits.”

Beyond My Sephora Storefront, Sephora’s broader creator strategy includes several initiatives.

The Sephora Squad is a diverse community of more than 250 creators who serve as trusted voices and influencers across social media, representing a wide range of backgrounds and interests.

The Sephora Derm Board features board-certified dermatologists who provide unbiased skincare advice and answer consumer questions.

The Artist List comprises Sephora’s network of celebrity and influencer makeup artists and hairstylists who contribute to educational social content and campaigns.

This platform aims to empower creators by offering a unique opportunity to curate their own storefronts, earn commissions, and engage meaningfully with Sephora’s extensive customer base, all while reinforcing Sephora’s commitment to diversity, authenticity, and innovation in creator commerce.
