The collection highlights tactile design, offering refillable jars, lipsticks, and compacts with Woodacity technology.

SPAIN – Quadpack has launched BeautyWood 2026, a new collection of wooden cosmetic packaging designed to combine tactile appeal with sustainable engineering, as premium beauty brands intensify their focus on eco-design and material storytelling.
The range features refillable jars, lipsticks and compacts crafted from ash or maple wood sourced from sustainably managed European forests.
Central to the collection is Quadpack’s patented Woodacity technology, a monomaterial closure system engineered to function without plastic or secondary components, supporting recyclability and simplified end-of-life processing.
According to the company, the collection delivers a “sumptuous, tactile finish” intended to create an emotional connection with consumers.
Denisa Stircea, senior category specialist at Quadpack, described BeautyWood 2026 as a showcase of sustainable design and manufacture, integrating computer numerical control (CNC) carving with artisanal finishing techniques to “industrialise pure craftsmanship”.
The design language of the collection emphasises fluidity, softness and natural movement, aligning with luxury positioning while reinforcing eco-credentials.
Quadpack’s low-emission wood manufacturing facility applies advanced carving technologies to minimize material waste, with production scrap repurposed as fuel for its operations, further strengthening circularity claims.
The launch reflects broader momentum behind alternative materials in high-end beauty packaging.
Quadpack has also been active in monomaterial polymer solutions. Last August, it partnered with Spanish online beauty start-up Idony Cosmetics to deliver 4.5 mL Gala dip-in packaging for lip tint, bronzer and blush.
The recyclable PET pack supported Idony’s vegan and minimalist brand ethos, with tailored applicators enhancing functionality and user experience.
The Dream Paint Bronzer and Blush use The Essential applicator, a round-tipped spatula with dual reservoirs to hold sufficient product, reducing the need for reapplication.
The Lip Bloom Oil & Tint employs The Irresistible applicator, a spoon-shaped design with a central reservoir and rigid tip for precise application of pigmented formulas. A custom wiper ensures optimal product loading.
The bronzer and blush bottles are clear with a frosted finish for a premium aesthetic, while the lip tint bottle is opaque to protect light-sensitive ingredients.
All feature pale cream caps and screen-printed branding. Domínguez noted that the packaging’s adaptability across different formulas maintained a cohesive look.
