The company remains committed to delivering the professional‑grade cleaning performance that customers and partners have relied on for more than 85 years

USA – Zep, Inc., a leading innovator, manufacturer and distributor of professional and consumer cleaning solutions, has appointed seasoned industry executive Tim Feast as its new Chief Executive Officer.
This move marks a pivotal next chapter in the company’s growth following its 2025 acquisition by Los Angeles‑based private equity firm Truelink Capital.
Feast steps into the CEO role with a clear mandate to accelerate growth, sharpen commercial and operational execution, and steer Zep into its next phase of performance while building on the brand’s nearly nine‑decade legacy as a trusted cleaning partner for professionals and consumers across multiple industries.
His appointment comes less than a year after Truelink Capital completed its acquisition of Zep in July 2025, a transaction that injected fresh capital, strategic ambition, and a focus on driving value through commercial initiatives, operational excellence, and targeted mergers and acquisitions.
With that foundation now in place, Feast is tasked with translating the sponsor’s strategy into day‑to‑day execution and long‑term, sustainable performance.
Feast brings nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience across consumer packaged goods, speciality manufacturing and private‑equity‑backed companies, where he has built a reputation for driving transformational performance improvements and delivering strong outcomes for stakeholders.
His track record includes leading complex, multi‑channel businesses, overseeing large P&Ls, and orchestrating growth and margin-expansion programs in both consumer and industrial environments.
Truelink Capital Co‑Founder and Managing Partner Todd Golditch framed the leadership change as the next logical step in Zep’s post‑acquisition growth story, calling Feast “the right leader” to advance the company’s mission and unlock its full potential.
Golditch highlighted Feast’s history of building high‑performance teams and delivering results across complex go‑to‑market structures as a key reason for his selection to lead Zep’s evolution under private‑equity ownership.
Strategically, Feast’s arrival reinforces Zep’s push to scale across retail, industrial and institutional channels, with a particular focus on strengthening execution with major retail partners such as Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Walmart and Kroger, alongside a growing network of high‑performing e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer platforms.
The leadership transition also coincides with a period of strong brand momentum, including the national rollout of the Freshen™ odor‑eliminating product line and the “Messes Have Zero Chance” spring marketing campaign, which spans 18 major U.S. markets and is aimed at reinforcing Zep’s performance credentials with both trade and end‑users.
