Midea India launches new washing machine range
This range addresses rising consumer demand for quieter appliances, reduced energy consumption, and cleaner wash environments, according to company.
INDIA – Midea India has expanded its home appliance offerings by introducing a new lineup of top-load and front-load washing machines, targeting the growing consumer appetite for laundry solutions that prioritize hygiene, energy efficiency, and smart technology.
The new collection features multiple fully automatic washing machine options in various capacities, tailored for contemporary Indian homes and available through both e-commerce platforms and physical retail stores nationwide.
The updated top-load range packs advanced features centred on convenience, hygiene, and fabric protection, including in-built heater technology for enhanced stain removal and hygiene wash functionality, Waterfall Technology for improved cleaning performance, soft close lids, Magic Filter systems for efficient lint collection, anti-rust body construction, dual waterfall pulsators, tub clean functionality, child lock systems, delay wash options, and fast clean modes.
The front-load series emphasizes hygiene-driven washing and superior garment care, equipped with BLDC inverter motors that deliver quieter operation while boosting energy efficiency.
Additional features include Water Cube Drum technology, Anti-Bacterial Gasket protection, Easy Spray technology aimed at minimizing detergent residue post-wash, up to 15 wash programs, and enhanced sterilization features that support cleaner laundry conditions.
The new washing machine portfolio spans capacities from 7 kg to 10 kg for top-load variants and 7 kg to 9 kg for front-load models, catering to varying household sizes and requirements.

Key products include the Top Load with Heater series in 8 kg and 9 kg variants featuring in-built heater technology, Aqua Surge and Hydro Wave Drum systems, soft close glass lids, and anti-rust designs, while the front-load machines are positioned around hygiene and energy efficiency with inverter-driven performance and Anti-Bacterial Gasket protection as major differentiators.
