Swiffer expands household care lineup with new lemon-scented dusters
It is made for everyday use, whether for regular dust buildup, pre-guest cleaning or reaching difficult spots around the home.
USA – Procter & Gamble’s Swiffer has introduced the Swiffer Heavy Duty Lemon Duster, a scented disposable duster designed to make dusting feel less like a chore and more like a refreshing part of home cleaning.
According to Swiffer, the new Lemon Dusters are meant to change that experience by combining its trusted Trap + Lock technology with a bright lemon scent that can leave behind up to one hour of freshness, creating the feeling of a clean home without the need for a spray.
The launch came after consumer research showed that more than four in 10 Americans say they dislike or even hate dusting, making it one of the most unpopular household tasks.

The Swiffer Heavy Duty Lemon Duster uses dust-busting strips and thousands of specially coated fibres to Trap + Lock up to 5X more dust than a feather duster.
Its 360-degree design is also intended to help users reach hard-to-clean surfaces more easily, while the lemon fragrance lingers for up to one hour.
The product is designed to trap and lock dust rather than simply move it around, which can prevent dust from becoming airborne and settling back on surfaces.
The product is designed to work on a range of finished household surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, blinds, electronics and other dust-prone areas.
Swiffer says the innovation behind the new product lies in three features: dust-busting strips that loosen and trap built-up dust, specially coated fibres that capture dust from every direction, and a lemon scent that leaves behind a more rewarding cleaning experience.
The launch comes after Swiffer recently unveiled its latest innovation, the Sweep + Mop Deluxe, a 2-in-1 cleaning tool designed to streamline household cleaning while maximizing storage efficiency.
The Sweep + Mop Deluxe is designed for compact storage, featuring a collapsible stick that shrinks to half its size, allowing it to fit seamlessly into tight spaces and addressing a common consumer challenge of finding space for bulky cleaning tools.
