The one-day event will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will focus mainly on beauty science, wellness, skincare and self-care.

KENYA – What Women Want, a Kenyan-based, women-led platform shaping conversations, will host The Skin Summit on September 12, 2026, at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi.
The event will focus on skin health, beauty, wellness and confidence, convening dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, nutritionists, beauty brands and wellness professionals in a single venue.
According to the organizers, the Skin Summit is both an educational and experiential platform for consumers and industry stakeholders.
Its aim is to “educate, inspire and empower everyone on their skin journey,” blending expert-led content with brand showcases and live consultations.
The programme is designed to give attendees access to professional insights, industry perspectives and practical experiences centred on skin health and beauty.
The event will feature several themed spaces, including the Reflection Room, a series of experiential zones, the Estée Lauder VIP Area, the SkinChella Experience and The Hech Gallery.
These areas are expected to provide different forms of engagement, ranging from brand and product experiences to expert-led education and premium guest activities.
The Skin Summit will be staged as a full-day, immersive beauty and wellness experience, combining brand exhibitions, educational discussions and interactive consumer activities.
The programme is expected to feature more than 50 skincare and wellness brands showcasing their products and services, offering visitors opportunities to discover solutions across beauty, skin health and self-care.
The event will also bring together more than 25 speakers and over 30 skin specialists, including dermatologists, aestheticians and nutrition professionals.
Through expert-led discussions, free masterclasses and live consultations, attendees will be able to access skincare information and advice directly from practitioners.
In addition, four interactive demonstration zones will host live product showcases and skincare-routine experiences.
These spaces are intended to enable participants to engage with brands and professionals more directly while exploring practical approaches to their individual skincare needs.
The event taps into the rising convergence of skincare and wellness in Kenya, reflecting how consumers increasingly view beauty as part of a holistic lifestyle.
With the skincare market valued at USD 125 million (KSh 16 billion) in 2026 and the broader beauty and personal care sector surpassing USD 950 million (KSh 124 billion) in 2025, the momentum is clear: Kenyans are investing not only in topical solutions but also in routines that integrate nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
