Quadpack delivers airless refill packaging for Marini SkinSolutions relaunch
The Regula Airless Refill solution was chosen for its elegant look, effective product protection, and precise dosing.
USA – Quadpack has supplied Marini SkinSolutions with Regula Airless Refill packaging, as well as recyclable bottles and tubes, for its rebranded skincare range.
Over 50 products in the collection are now packaged in fully recyclable and partially recycled materials, highlighting Marini’s commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious manufacturing.
At the same time, the refillable design features a snap-on ring that allows for easy removal of the inner bottle after use, promoting circularity and ease of recycling.
All packaging components, including thick-walled PET bottles and tubes, were made and decorated in North America, with assembly taking place in Dallas, Texas.
This local production approach supports a reduced carbon footprint and aligns with Marini’s strategy to keep its supply chain as local as possible.
Quadpack also ensured compatibility and quality through extensive testing, providing Marini with premium, sustainable packaging solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
The rebranded packaging showcases a clean, cohesive design with soft-touch finishes and a calming green palette, reflecting Marini SkinSolutions’ modern brand identity.
The packaging launched globally in summer 2025 and is available through spas and professional distributors, emphasizing both luxury and environmental responsibility.

Recently, Quadpack launched the Serenity Tube, a premium eye care packaging solution designed to transform the skincare experience into a serene, sensory ritual.
This innovative tube features a unique spatula-shaped applicator made from soft thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which gently massages the delicate under-eye area, promoting better absorption of creamy, thick formulas such as depuffing treatments and anti-aging serums.
The applicator is equipped with a valve system that enables precise application, allowing users to dispense either a thin line or a wide spread of product without leaks or drips, making the experience as comfortable and effective as applying with fingers.
The Serenity Tube is available in sizes ranging from 8 milliliters to 25 milliliters, with an 18 mm diameter, and offers a choice between two barrier layer options to protect sensitive eye care formulations: an aluminum barrier layer or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol (EVOH) barrier integrated into a polypropylene structure.
